Mentski's belated obligatory Street Fighter IV bit.
OK, so I'm just going to assume you've all seen the videos by now, so I'm not going to harp on about them.
The video above, is a tribute to the awesome wonder of the Shin-Shoryuken.
The new videos had a distinct lack of Shin-Shoryuken.
I have a fever, and the only prescription is Shin-Shoryuken.
From now on, we at Mentski Towers (well, ok, me) will be on 24/7 Shin-Shoryuken watch. We will not sleep until we see evidence that the Shin-Shoryuken is present in Street Fighter IV.
We will kill to make it happen, and were not talking about that shit one in the Alpha series, either.

Not seen much on SF4 yet so I did think it was SF4 at first, and thought it just looked like the other million Alpha X Zero SF games.
After a quick check the new one is looking good though. I bet it's shit with the 360 pad.
Yes, that video is not SFIV, maybe I should have marked it as such, because It's Street Fighter III Third Strike, and most of the universe doesnt know SFIII exists (hence they are making the new one "More like II")
I filed down my 360 pad to MAKE it work with games like this. Although I'm hoping for a dedicated 6-buttons- on-the-face jobby.
As you might have guessed, I'm a bit of a Street Fighter whore, me. Hence the new capcomesque logo. Mentski.co.uk will be actively campaigning to make sure that SFIV "isn't shit".
...of course, upon release, this will be changed to moaning that it "is shit", like every other new game, ever.
So you didn't just sort out your D-Pad for Pro Evo then?
The hori arcade pads are on offer at Gamestation. They were £19.99 the last time I checked and are meant to work well with VF5.
Although I like the 360 pad, I don't like it for fighting games. The buttons seem kinda slow when you press them in. Where as the Playstation buttons seem easier and faster for when you're doing shit and you want to button bash (which I NEVER do... ish).
Anyway, don't close down like everyone else, Mentski. You're the only link left on my favourites that still works.
Me play pro-evo? Until downloading SWOS a few weeks back (which I've come to the incredibly predictable conclusion, that because I am utter shit at, it's utter shit, and only rose-tinted retro gaming nostalgia made me think otherwise), the last football game I played was probably MegaDrive Fifa.
Guessing you are talking about the The Hori Vf5 stick?
Yeah, thought about getting one, but I remember the hassle of trying to play a DC arcade stick on my lap, as I dont have a sufficent flat surface to place it on which wouldn't put me in some position where my hands have to reach down to below knee level like some kind of baboon.
I tend to hunt for so called "fighting pads" (which usually means anything that roughly equates to a Saturn pad, or a converter so I can USE a Saturn pad), which the 360 currently hasn't got.
I can also promise you this site will NOT be closing. It's been up in one way or form for 10 years, nearly, believe it or not. Updates may get sporadic, but I'm aiming to do more, including getting proper hosting for the domain instead of this forwarding shit.
And of course I've got this whole "war" with UK:R to kick off... among the many over campaigns I start and then forget about.
